Welcome to La TATI Studio.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the La TATI Studio website and your purchase of products from us.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to La TATI Studio, an independent UK sole trader business.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
La TATI Studio creates handmade bags and accessories.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in stitching, texture, dimensions, colour placement or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of each piece and do not necessarily constitute a fault.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and photographs accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated from time to time.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
The total price payable will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will also be clearly displayed during checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and other payment methods made available through Shopify Payments.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and selected European Union countries.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.
UK orders may qualify for free standard delivery when the order value meets the threshold displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country, where applicable.
We will provide accurate shipping information and take reasonable care to ensure orders are dispatched appropriately.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery are not affected.
5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Our voluntary return period is 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Customers may cancel eligible orders before fulfilment in accordance with our cancellation rules.
Personalised or customised products made specifically to a customer’s requirements may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return, except where required by law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Each La TATI Studio product is handmade.
Minor variations between individual pieces may occur due to the handmade production process.
These natural variations contribute to the individual character of each piece.
However, this does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability.
Some La TATI Studio pieces may be produced in limited quantities or may be unique pieces.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item until your order has been successfully completed.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the La TATI Studio website, including our branding, product photographs, original designs, graphics, text and other original content, belongs to La TATI Studio or is used with permission.
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially use our original content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment providers.
These third parties may process information as necessary to provide their services.
